A copy of the invoice must be included with the returned goods, along with a reason for returning the items.
Customers must send the merchandise back via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense to the address provided below.
Once we receive your returned items, a refund for the full amount (excluding delivery charges) will be processed.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
