Eligibility for Refund

  • We gladly accept any unworn and unused merchandise within 7 days of purchase for a refund.

  • A copy of the invoice must be included with the returned goods, along with a reason for returning the items.

  • Customers must send the merchandise back via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense to the address provided below.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your returned items, a refund for the full amount (excluding delivery charges) will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.

  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Steps to Request a Refund

1. Complete the Refund Form

  • If you wish to request a refund for any part of your online order, please complete the Refund Form and include it with your return shipment.

2. Repack the Merchandise

  • Ensure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the completed Refund Form, are securely packed in your return shipment.

3. Ship the Merchandise
