Return Policy

We will gladly accept any unworn, unused merchandise within 7 days of purchase for a return and issuance of a credit voucher.

  • Please include a copy of the invoice with your return and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customers are responsible for returning merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense to the address provided below.
  • Credit vouchers will be issued for the full amount of the returned item(s), excluding delivery charges. These vouchers can be used to shop your favorite products from our website and are valid for 1 month from the date of issuance.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer cash refunds.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S):

  1. Complete the Return Form
    If you wish to return any portion of your order, please complete the Return Form and include it with your return shipment.
    Don’t have a Return Form? Click here to download it.

  2. Repack the Merchandise
    Make sure the item(s) you wish to return, along with the completed Return Form, are securely packed in your return shipment.

  3. Ship to Our Address
    Send the package via a traceable delivery method to:

Once we receive your return at our office, we will process it and issue a credit voucher to your provided email address. You can use this voucher during your next purchase.
